AutoExchange Italia S.p.A. is Italy's first Auction House for used vehicles open only to commercial operators who buy and/or sell automobiles on a regular basis.
We receive vehicles for sale from dealers, rental companies, leasing firms, finance and holding companies, and fleet operators. We then propose these vehicles to our ever-growing host of used vehicle traders.

• Individual vehicle condition assessment and appraisal system
• Seller is guaranteed to receive payment for vehicles sold
• Fully computerised auction positioning with foolproof bidding method
• Fair and proper conduction of auction and bidding by means of an accurate computerised system
• Completion of trading paperwork (car documents agency)
• Vehicle transport service at the most competitive market prices (on request)
Car World Italia S.p.A. is a 50% Italian shareholder. In 1997 a number of different Milanese car dealerships (some of which had been operating since the 1960s) merged to form Car World Italia, which also includes a private equity company. Other group members are a used vehicle dealership, a rental firm, a fleet management company and a logistics company.
Car World Italia Group contains a car-body repair firm and a car documents processing agency. The group employs 700 people and realised a turnover of 500 million euro in 2003.
Mitsubishi Corporation is a 25% shareholder. Mitsubishi Corporation is one of the world’s largest and most diversified multinationals, with 151 branches, 7,000 employees and 694 daughter companies. Turnover for the year 2003 was in excess of 100 billion euro.
Uss Japan is a 25% shareholder. Established 20 years ago, Uss Japan is the world leader in used vehicle auctioning. The company counts 23,000 traders, approximately 400 employees and 9 auction houses in Japan. During 2003 Uss Japan dealt with 1.5 million vehicles and had a turnover of more than 280 million euro.
